Abstract: 目的 探讨188Re-MAA最佳制备方法及其在健康小鼠体内的生物学分布.方法 以SnCl2·2H2O为还原剂,还原188ReO4-,并与MAA直接反应获得高标记率188Re-MAA.正常小鼠尾静脉注射188Re-MAA后不同时间处死,测定每克组织百分注射剂量率(%ID/g).结果 SnCl2·2H2O质量浓度为1.5~2.0 mg/ml、pH值为3.0~6.0、反应时间30 min和反应温度100℃时,188Re-MAA的标记率和放化纯均>95%;静脉注射后188Re-MAA迅速在两肺内聚集,24 h内放射性均主要聚集在肺组织,肝、脾内只有少量浓聚,骨骼内放射性处于本底水平.188Re-MAA主要经肾脏排出.结论 188Re-MAA易于制备,有可能成为肺肿瘤内照射治疗药物.
