Abstract: During the graduation thesis from practicing among preventive medical specialty in the recent years, we carried on a questionnaire about the status of graduation thesis completion in 2001 grade students and found the factors that influenced the students active participations includes: the cognition de- gree to understand the importance of graduation thesis wasn't enough, post-graduate matriculation and em- ployment impacted thesis writing, meanwhile, short of knowledge ability and different titles'source to the thesis influenced to the degree that the student throws in energy extent. Combine project and public health of the profession development, we put forward some suggestions of raising a student to participate graduation thesis actively such as reforming content of course, adjusting graduation thesis teaching time and strengthe- ning with improvement the thesis choose a work.
