Abstract: Through the analysis on the results of the investigation into the teaching quality in our hospital, this article approaches some problems now existing in the course teaching and practice teaching work. Proceeding with the internal factors that affect the teaching quality, this article points out that only to build up a scientific education idea, enhance the quality and capability of the whole teaching staff and strengthen monitoring system of the teaching quality can heighten the teaching quality.
