Abstract: 提出了一种在地层条件下确定聚能射孔弹穿透深度和套管孔径大小的等量模拟换算法.该方法是将射孔弹穿过的每种介质(完井液、套管或油管、水泥和岩层)的长度转化为较为均一的钢靶的长度,通过计算每种介质对钢靶的换算系数,结合油井的结构,计算出射孔器在地层穿深.通过采集的4个射孔枪间隙值,用多元回归求得孔径与间隙的关系曲线,根据曲线就可查找到间隙对应的套管孔径大小.行业内普遍接受的射孔弹穿深和孔径计算误差范围是士10%,而等量模拟换算法的误差范围可减小到士2%,提高了射孔弹地层穿深与孔眼直径计算的精度.
