Abstract: 针对T2纯铜与AZ31B镁合金异种金属进行了搅拌摩擦焊技术研宛,通过对搅拌摩擦焊过程中各特征点温度的检潮,初步获得了谈焊接过程的热循环规律.结果表明.距焊缝中心越远的特征点到达温度峰值的时间越晚,温度峰值越低.搅拌头轴肩边缘附近温度梯度最大.并对纯铜与镬合金搅拌摩擦焊的焊缝金相组织及缺陷进行了分析.
