Abstract: 大学生转专业已经成为当前高校的一个普遍现象,如何有效地帮助大学生成功实现转专业愿望,减少盲目性,促进其专业和个性发展,成为高校教育工作者的一个重要课题.本文结合理论研究和实践探索,从分析学生转专业的动因出发,通过对69名转专业大学生的专业指导和跟踪研究,提出了可行性的建议.
