Abstract: 目的 对照研究胺碘酮与西地兰治疗快速型房颤的效果.方法 对80例快速型房颤患者随机分成两组,每组40例,分别静脉应用胺碘酮与西地兰.结果 胺碘酮组在用药后12小时及24小时有效率均高于西地兰组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 胺碘酮针治疗快速型房颤安全且效果良好.
