Abstract: 目的观察三七总皂甙(PNS)对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠细胞间粘附分子1(ICAM-1)表达的影响.方法采用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉阻断局灶性脑缺血模型,于脑缺血再灌注24h后断头取脑,用免疫组织化学法检测脑组织中ICAM-1表述,苏木精-伊红染色对脑组织进行病理学检查,光镜下观察脑血管周围白细胞的粘附与渗出.结果 PNS能明显抑制大脑皮质及尾壳核ICAM-1的表达.减轻白细胞的粘附与浸润.结论 PNS对脑缺血再灌注后的炎性损伤的保护作用可能与抑制ICAM-1表达,减轻白细胞的粘附与浸润有关.
