Abstract: 目的 探索gidB基因突变在结核分枝杆菌链霉素耐药中的作用.方法 结核分枝杆菌临床分离株中,60株为链霉素耐药,30株敏感.同时进行链霉素MIC测定并采用DNA测序法分析gidB,rpsL和rrs基因突变.结果 20%的耐药株含有gidB单基因突变,80%的耐药株除gidB基因突变以外,还有rpsL或rrs基因突变.敏感株中也有gidB基因突变.gidB突变呈散在分布,未发现突变热点.结论 gidB基因突变在结核分枝杆菌链霉素耐药中的作用尚不能肯定.
