Abstract: 目的:研究恒磁场对血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensin,AngⅡ)诱导的人脐动脉血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)的增殖及胞浆内游离钙离子浓度的影响.方法:建立Ang Ⅱ诱导的人脐VSMC增殖模型.5 mT恒磁场垂直作用于VSMC,用四唑盐比色法和3H-TdR掺入法检测增殖数量,流式细胞仪分析细胞周期.激光共聚焦显微镜技术观察恒磁场对VSMC胞浆游离钙离子浓度的影响.结果:5 mT的恒磁场能逆转AngⅡ所致的人脐动脉VSMC数量增多,阻止VSMC由静止期(G0/G1期)进入DNA合成期(S期)和有丝分裂期(G2/M期).5 mT的恒磁场作用10~50 min 使胞浆内钙离子浓度明显下降.结论:5 mT的恒磁场能抑制AngⅡ诱导的VSMC增殖,对胞浆内的钙离子浓度有明显减少作用,适宜强度的恒磁场抑制VSMC增殖,是一种具有应用前景的治疗再狭窄的方法.
