Abstract: Among 600 patients with retroperitoneal mass diagnosed by B-mode ultrasound,the diagnoses were confirmed by operation and pathology in 50 cases.Based on the study of B-mode ultrasound characteristics in different types of retroperitoneal masses,it is suggested that"5 procedures"was the key point and 10 imaging signs were valuable in the diagnosis.
