Abstract: Renografin-76(SO1),5% human albmin(SO2),50% D-fructose(SO3)and 50% D-sorbital(SO4)were sonicated by power generator.Gas bubbles existing in solution were photographedon 35mm films under microscope.Influences of sound frequences,intensities,sonicated times and different solutions on gasbubbles were evaluated by fractorial analysis.The results indicated that there were differ-ences in gasbubble size and concentration among different frequences,intensities and solutions.(P<0.01).Sonicated time didn't affect the bubble size(P>0.05),but had effects on concentration(P<0.01).All con-ditions for preparation affected each another.The three grade mutual effect were significant (P
