Abstract:
采用动态机械热分析法对配方为m(ABS):m(PVC):m(CPE):m(纳米Mg(OH)2):m(纳米ZnSnO3)=100:60:11:3.5:2的ABS复合材料的动态力学性能进行测试.结果显示:复合材料的储存模量高于纯ABS材料,而损耗模量和损耗因子远低于纯ABS材料.这表明,在交变应力作用下,与纯ABS相比,复合材料具有更好的冲击强度和柔韧性.此项研究可为ABS复合材料的实际应用提供理论依据.
