Abstract: 目的:探讨高密度脂蛋白(HDL)对严重烫伤大鼠脑功能的保护作用.方法:120只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各60只,均于背部造成30%TBSAⅢ度烫伤创面,实验组伤后立即经尾静脉注入HDL(80 mg/kg),对照组及实验组于伤后30 min经腹腔补充平衡盐溶液(50 ml/kg).检测对照组及实验组大鼠伤后脑组织病理学变化.结果:烧伤后大鼠对照组及实验组12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h脑组织中均可见小血管扩张出血,血管内皮细胞肿胀,以48 h改变最为明显.实验组和对照组比较,脑组织病理变化无显著差异.结论:HDL对严重烫伤大鼠脑组织没有明显的保护作用,这可能与血脑屏障影响HDL的通透性有关.
