Abstract: 目的 了解实习护生职业安全卫生及其课程设置现状,分析护生职业安全卫生问题发生的原因,为加强护生职业防护教育、更好地维护其身心健康提供依据.方法 自行设计实习期间护生职业安全卫生防护教育调查表,对138名实习护生在实习结束前进行问卷调查.结果 实习期间最为突出的职业损伤是皮肤损伤,其发生率高达94.9%;而护生掌握职业安全卫生防护知识的总体情况不理想,知道"标准预防"的护生仅占17.4%;发生职业损伤及发生职业损伤后未正确处理的护生,其职业安全卫生防护知识掌握程度明显欠缺(P<0.05);护生职业安全卫生防护知识来源于"学校教育"仅占31.2%;护生在校教育的专业课程中均缺乏护理职业安全卫生防护课程教育.结论 实习护生缺乏必要的职业安全卫生防护知识,护理专业课程设置存在明显缺陷.学校应加强护生职业安全卫生知识的教育,以减少护生实习中发生职业损伤.
