Abstract: 目的:建立一种测定饮料中痕量铅的新方法;方法:用吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)作配位剂,用PA-318强碱性阴离子交换树脂在pH 6.0~7.0的条件下捕集、抽滤分离Pb-APDC配合物,然后用1mL的0.2 moL/L HCl洗涤,超声振荡后可得直接上机测定的悬浊液;结果:在100mL饮料样品中,Pb的特征质量为1.52×10-12g/1%,当n=5时标准偏差SD为0.003 4和0.005 2.相对标准偏差RSD为0.020和0.027,回收率为92%和110%;结论:采用该方法测定饮料中的痕量铅具有较高的富集效率和检测准确率,快速简单灵敏可靠,检测结果较为理想,可用于测定纯净水中的痕量铅.
