HPLC method for simultaneous determination of nine polyphenols in apple

Abstract: 目的:利用HPLC法同时测定苹果中9种多酚物质的含量;方法:色谱柱为C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5 μm),以乙腈和醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液为流动相,采用不同的流速和浓度梯度洗脱的分离条件,并用该方法测定印度青苹果中多酚的含量;结果:中性酚和酸性酚在该条件下得到很好的分离,分离度均大于1.5,该方法的加标回收率均在90%以上,相对标准偏差为1.2%~2.3%.结论:该方法操作条件简单,结果准确可靠.
