Abstract: 在担子菌中,编码线粒体中间肽酶(mitochondrial intermediate peptidase,MIP)的基因普遍与交配型A因子紧密连锁.通过mip基因来定位和分离交配型A因子将是一种有效的研究食用真菌交配型的途径.本研究通过简并PCR法克隆得到一段531 bp的香菇mip基因片段.经序列比对分析,该序列与已知的担子菌的mip基因之间有很高的同源性.
