Abstract: Complex - valued harmonic functions that are univalent and sense - preserving in the unit disk U can be written as the form f = h + (g), where h and g are analytic in U. A new class of univalent functions is defined by complex operator. Coefficient conditions, extreme points, distortion bounds, convolution, convex combination and radii of convex for the above class of harmonic univalent functions are investigated.
