Abstract: 目的 对车辆段电焊车间Ⅰ、Ⅱ组通风除尘装置的效果进行评价.方法 测定作业点的电焊烟尘浓度、车间MnOz浓度、台面控制风速、罩口风速、车间内通风装置的噪声及通风系统排出口的风量.结果 该装置排毒降尘效果明显,但电焊烟尘浓度大部分测点仍未达标.结论 Ⅰ组通风系统仍需进一步改进设计,提高除尘达标率.Ⅱ组通风系统设计不甚合理,管道、罩口密闭不严,风量损失过大,风机除尘效率太低.
