Abstract: 开关电源的核心为直流变换器,其性能决定了开关电源的优劣.传统的直流变换器开关管电压应力和开关损耗较大,影响到了开关管的安全工作,造成的电磁干扰较严重,使得开关电源的应用场合受到了限制.文中采用主、辅软开关技术设计了一种零转换PWM变换器.仿真研究表明,实现的变换器开关管电压应力和开关损耗较小,主开关电压幅度为30.498 V,平均损耗功率峰值为75 W.当调整主、辅开关管的控制信号相位差为2 μs时,电路达到最佳工作状态,开关损耗达到最小,变换器效率最高.
