Abstract: 传感器测量在工业生产中有着广泛的应用,缺点是温度漂移较大.为了提高传感器测量精度,消除环境温度的影响,减少测量过程中的噪声干扰.本文介绍了系统硬件和软件的设计思路,利用电路差分原理,单片机软件控制原理,实现误差补偿.结果表明,该线性电阻温度传感器的输出电压与温度成良好的线性关系,实测结果的最大非线性误差不超过0.5%,通过对补偿前后电路进行验证,得出温度-电压曲线,将补偿前和补偿后实验结果进行对比,温度漂移小于10%.达到良好的效果,具有较大的推广应用价值.
