Abstract: 建立了椭圆齿轮驱动的结晶器非正弦振动传动系统动力学模型,推导了动力学方程.结果表明,椭圆齿轮驱动的结晶器非正弦振动传动系统的质量矩阵、刚度矩阵和阻尼矩阵都随曲柄位置变化,为一周期时变参数系统.采用谐波平衡法求解系统的周期解.基于单特征值假设和福洛开(Floquet)理论,推导了特征值求解公式,利用所求特征值可判断系统周期解的稳定性.本文的工作为解决结晶器振动平稳性问题,更好地应用该振动装置打下了基础.
