教师文化的研究对于教师专业发展起着关键性的作用,教师发展和教育革新的可能空间和限制因素,在很大程度上蕴涵于教师文化之中.文章对我国教师文化研究的基本历程进行了梳理,归纳了研究的主要内容,在此基础上对教师文化未来的研究走向进行了展望.
