Abstract: 为有效降低打叶复烤后的片烟烟包温度,提高复烤片烟的仓贮醇化质量及色香味品质,进行了烟包在线真空快速降温处理试验.结果表明,采用在线真空降温可快速降低复烤后片烟的烟包温度,有效排除烟叶表面的游离水分,避免包芯内部发生烟叶霉变等现象,有利于降低仓贮损耗,改善烟叶的醇化品质,提高片烟贮存的安全性.来料含水率控制在12.5%~13.0%;真空降温时间7~10 min,可使复烤片烟的包芯温度从40℃左右快速降至32℃以下,烟包内各点的含水率极差≤0.35%,同时可降低预压打包工序的造碎率.
