Abstract: 试验旨在研究添加绿汁发酵液(FGJ)、纤维素酶(CEL)、绿汁发酵液+纤维素酶(MIX)对象草青贮品质的影响.用2种不同含水率(高-79.9%,低-70.0%)的象草制作了青贮.对2种象草青贮均设FGJ、CEL、MIX和对照(CON)4个处理,每个处理2个重复,常温下贮存50d.结果表明:①添加FGJ降低了2种含水率青贮的pH和氨态氮(VBN)、提高了干物质回收率(DMR)和粗蛋白(CP)含量(P<0.01,P<0.05),还提高了高含水率青贮的水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量;添加MIX降低了2种含水率青贮的pH、提高了WSC和CP含量(P<0.01,P<0.05),还降低和提高了高含水率青贮的VBN和DMR(P<0.01);添加CEL,高含水率青贮的VBN降低、WSC和CP含量提高(P<0.01,P<0.05),低含水率青贮的CP含量提高(P<0.01).②高含水率青贮的pH、VBN和气体损失率(GL,除FGJ)高于低含水率青贮(P<0.01,P<0.05),而DMR和CP含量低于低含水率青贮(P<0.01,P<0.05).③低含水率的FGJ和MIX青贮是优质青贮.因此,适当降低象草的含水率同时添加FGJ或MIX能调制优质象草青贮.
