Abstract: 目的:探讨热凝固器射频微创治疗未孕妇女子宫肌瘤、腺肌瘤、子宫肌腺病、和宫颈糜烂等疾病的疗效和对生育能力的影响.方法:应用射频热凝固器,将定点介入到子宫和宫颈病灶内,使病变组织热凝固坏死吸收,治疗未孕妇女子宫肌瘤34例、腺肌瘤22例、子宫肌腺病16例、内膜息肉21例和子宫颈糜烂533例.结果:本方法治疗未孕妇女子宫肌瘤总有效率(治愈率、明显有效和有效率的总和)为94.1%,腺肌瘤有效率为90.9%,子宫肌腺病为87.5%,内膜息肉为100 .0%,中、重度宫颈糜烂为100.0% .其中6个月后的正常妊娠率分别是:子宫肌瘤81.2%,腺肌瘤64.3%,肌腺病为56.3%,宫颈糜烂为94.3%.结论:本组显示该方法对妊娠率无明显不良影响.与其它非手术方法比较具有治疗时间短、见效快、疗效高、住院时间短和费用低等特点,值得进一步探索.
