Abstract: 目的:观察七叶皂苷钠对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响,探讨其治疗作用机制.方法:将试验大鼠随机分为假手术组、对照组、治疗组.用线栓法制作大鼠左侧大脑中动脉阻塞再灌注(MCAO/R)模型,应用七叶皂苷钠进行干预,采用免疫组化方法分别观察脑缺血再灌注6 h、12 h、1 d、3 d、7 d和14 d的SOD的表达以及藻蓝蛋白的干预作用.结果:对照组脑组织SOD有微弱表达,脑缺血再灌注后6 h,皮质区和纹状体区SOD表达逐渐增强,于24 h达高峰,之后逐渐升高,至7~14 d仍高于假手术组.七叶皂苷钠对SOD变化趋势与对照组相似,与对照组同一时间点比较,SOD表达明显增强(P<0.01).结论:脑缺血再灌注损伤后,七叶皂苷钠可能通过上调SOD的表达,对脑缺血再灌注损伤后神经细胞损伤具有保护作用.
