Abstract: 选用羧酸类溶剂,采用固相法合成了孔雀石绿-硼酸系列可逆热致变色材料.考察了孔雀石绿和硼酸的配比、羧酸类溶剂的种类与用量对其热变色性能的影响并探讨了材料的变色机理.结果表明,孔雀石绿-硼酸体系的最佳配比(质量比)为1∶100,最佳溶剂为丙二酸,且m(孔雀石绿)∶m(硼酸)∶m(丙二酸)=1∶100∶10时,颜料变色敏锐,色彩鲜艳,变色温度降低到65 ℃,复色时间为25 s,可逆性好.DSC检测颜料的热变色过程发现,样品在58~72 ℃之间出现一个强的吸热峰.复配物体系的变色机理可归结为分子间的电子得失机理.
