Abstract: 以8种基因型的羊草幼穗为材料,研究了与愈伤组织诱导、状态调控、分化等过程相关的因素.结果表明,羊草愈伤组织的诱导率在不同基因型羊草幼穗之间存在较大差异,使用N6-MS培养基交替继代,培养基中添加2.0 mg/L 2,4-D、1.0 mg/L ABA、100 mg/L水解酪蛋白(CH)、300~500 mg/L谷氨酰胺(Gln)和500 mg/L脯氨酸(Pro),可有效改善羊草愈伤组织的生长状态,使其保持良好的胚性并提高分化率.
