Abstract: 卵巢癌的发病率位于女性生殖道恶性肿瘤的第3位,仅次于宫颈癌和宫体癌.卵巢癌不易早期诊断.5年生存率仅为10%～20%,由于卵巢癌具有独特的生物学特性,即使晚期卵巢癌,肿瘤仍局限于腹腔.随着对卵巢癌治疗的不断深入研究,腹腔化疗方法也在不断改进.对卵巢癌腹腔化疗的理论基础、临床应用及临床疗效进行综述.
