Abstract: 提出了从晶体颗粒力学性能角度出发来评价含能晶体颗粒品质的方法--压缩刚度法.根据压制曲线,定义了晶体颗粒集合体的初始割线模量,并据此来评价含能晶体颗粒的凝聚强度.利用食盐、砂糖和谷氨酸钠晶体颗粒进行了压缩刚度试验,验证了压缩刚度法的有效性.针对三种不同类型黑索今(RDX)晶体样品,即混合溶剂重结晶法样品、重结晶并溶液球形化样品以及工业级粗颗粒样品进行了压缩刚度试验,计算其初始割线模量值分别为89.5 MPa,85.0 MPa和48.0 MPa.实验结果表明,重结晶法显著提高了RDX晶体颗粒凝聚强度,改善了RDX晶体品质;两种结晶处理工艺后的RDX晶体颗粒的凝聚强度差异不明显.
