Abstract: 文中主要介绍了用MCVD工艺结合溶液掺杂技术制备铒镱共掺双包层光纤的设计、制作及性能.通过铒镱掺杂浓度的对比实验以及制备工艺的改进,找到了合适的铒镱掺杂浓度比,提高了铒镱掺杂浓度,有效防止了预制棒芯部的凹陷,最终制作出铒镱掺杂浓度高(吸收系数≥2dB/m)(976nm)、内包层形状为D形的铒镱共掺双包层光纤.
