Abstract: 用激光方法加工了曲轴颈仿生非光滑凹坑表面,采用均匀试验研究了速度、负荷、时间和凹坑圆周方向的距离等因素对曲轴耐磨性的影响,得出影响激光处理仿生非光滑曲轴颈凹坑表面耐磨性的多因素回归方程.结果表明速度、负荷、时间和凹坑圆周方向的距离对仿生非光滑曲轴颈表面耐磨性有显著影响,而凹坑轴向之间的距离对耐磨性影响不大.
