Abstract: 采用酸沉法提取Pseudomonas palleroni S6X发酵液中的活性成分.通过Sephadex LH-20柱、ODSC18柱和HPLC纯化所得的表面活性剂经TLC鉴定为脂肽类生物表面活性剂.该生物表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度达到28.6mg/L,对热、pH、NaCl具有较强的耐性,对原油有较强的乳化能力,同时具有良好的抗生素活性.
