Abstract: 为了解柑橘属种子油的回收利用价值,对柠檬籽油所含的主要活性成分进行了分析检测.结果显示:柠檬籽油中含有2. 2 mg/mL的柠檬苦素类似物、6.95 mg/mL的黄酮类物质、161 μg/mg的VE、1.34%的磷脂;柠檬籽油中饱和脂肪酸(SFA)、单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)、多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的质量之比0.8:1∶1.3,亚油酸和亚麻酸的质量比例为3.9:1,是一种营养丰富的植物油.
