Abstract: 制盐蒸发器换热管常常出现结盐现象,本文通过实验对钛管式制盐蒸发器换热管的污垢热阻特性进行了研究.实验在温度62 ℃、73 ℃、85 ℃,盐液中晶体浓度为16.5 kg/m3、10.5 kg/m3、3.5 kg/m3,盐液速度为2.0 m/s、1.5 m/s、1.0 m/s的9个不同组合工况下进行,发现钛管污垢热阻随时间的成长曲线呈渐近线,实验工况下渐近污垢热阻在1.26×10-4 m2·K/W~5.83×10-4 m2·K/W之间.通过回归分析,得出了污垢预测模型.
