Abstract: 目的:探讨白炽光源激活血卟啉的条件.材料和方法:利用白炽光源照射血卟啉,选用DPBF的相对消耗量反映血卟啉的激活程度.结果:白炽光源能够激活血卟啉的最低光强应在1.27×10-10W/cm2~15.2×10-10W/cm2;在弱光条件下,照射时间、血卟啉浓度以及光强三者与血卟啉激活效率满足:照射时间>光强>血卟啉浓度.结论:血卟啉的激活程度与光强、照射时间和溶液浓度三者的关系密不可分.
