Abstract: 熔融拉锥法是制作熔锥型光纤器件的基本工艺[1],常采用火焰加热.由于火焰形成的温度场不稳定,严重影响了耦合器等光纤器件性能的一致性[2].设计了一种以电阻加热器为发热元件的PID温控系统,建立了其数学模型,运用MATLAB计算出控制参数,采用所得PID控制参数,经过在线调试,获得了良好的控制效果.
