Abstract: 化学热力学分析对无机材料科学研究和生产实践有重要的指导作用.本文通过热力学分析对镁铝氧氮材料的合成工艺条件进行优化并对其稳定性进行了评估.结果表明:MgAlON合成温度应控制在1600℃以上;MgAlON只能在很小的氧分压下稳定存在,其合成必须在还原气氛下进行,通常采用埋碳方法;MgAlON与C反应被还原为AlN,试样埋碳烧结时应避免试样与碳直接接触.
