Abstract: 采用储能焊机对CuAlBe形状记忆合金进行电阻焊工艺试验.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光学显微镜(OM)观察合金焊缝组织和断口形貌,利用EDS分析焊缝区元素,电阻法测定相变温度,结果表明电阻焊后焊缝区的化学成分没有发生明显变化;合金经热处理后,接头强度达520.6 MPa;焊接前后合金断口均为准解理断裂;其接头和母材均为热弹性马氏体且组织均匀;合金焊接前后的相变点温度较为接近;CuAlBe形状记忆合金具有良好的电阻点焊工艺性.
