Abstract: 应用RAPD标记技术,对山猪群体内遗传结构情况进行分析.利用经过筛选的14个引物,在36个山猪样本内共扩增出105条带,其中多态性带57条,多态性带频率平均为54.29%.根据RAPD扩增结果,计算该群体内个体间平均遗传相似系数为0.903,群体内平均最低杂合度为0.311.结果表明,山猪群体内遗传分化程度较低,遗传变异较小,为防止山猪品种资源灭绝和重要优良基因丢失,应加快开展该品种的保护研究工作.
