Abstract: 收敛速度极慢甚至发散一直是超重载(偏心率ε≥1)径向滑动轴承EHL(弹性流体动力润滑)数值解的难题之一,而同时计入轴颈和轴瓦的动变形后其收敛情况更为复杂.本文在对弹性位移取"双重均值"的基础上,对压力分布亦采取相应措施,同时优化偏位角的加权因子,获得了较好效果.利用有限元方法,首次求得了同时计入轴颈和轴瓦动变形时ε=0.99~1.03的静特性.特别值得注意的是,在ε≥1.02时,沿轴向压力分布出现二次压力峰值.本文还讨论了粘压指数对静特性的影响.
