Abstract: 通过催化剂氧中毒实验进一步考察了氧对异丙醇法工业化生产甲基异丁基酮催化剂活性的影响.间歇通氧和连续通氧的实验结果表明氧浓度小于1 000 ppm时,由于反应体系中副产的氢气对催化剂的还原作用在某种程度上抵消了氧的影响,催化剂为可逆失活;但当氧浓度超过3 000 ppm时催化剂为不可逆失活,活性直线下降,且氧浓度越高催化剂活性下降越快.另外,实验表明氧浓度在3 000 ppm和5 000 ppm下,氧不仅破坏了多功能催化剂上的协同作用而且对异丙醇脱氢能力也有影响.
