Abstract: 研究了在无溶剂条件下,通过研磨法,在碱、氧化铝或碱、氧化硅作用下,肉桂醛发生自身氧化还原反应的规律.比较了氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、醋酸钠等不同强度碱的催化行为,其中以氢氧化钠为最佳.优化出了最佳实验条件:即醛碱(固体氢氧化钠)摩尔比为2:3,温度在30℃左右,反应时间5min时,肉桂醛的转化率可达95%,肉桂酸和肉桂醇的收率分别为93%,88.5%.本方法具有碱用量少,产物收率高,反应速度快,节约溶剂,降低成本,操作简洁等优点.
