Abstract: 从经EMS诱变并已多代自交的玉米诱变群体中选取6个材料(1个对照),以西南大学玉米研究所广泛应用的3个自交系为测验种,系统测定了各材料在植株性状、穗粒性状和单株产量上的一般配合力和特殊配合力.分析结果表明,EMS处理使5个突变系在各个性状的配合力上均表现出与对照有明显差异;突变系2和突变系4的表现尤为明显,在多个性状上都集中了较多的负效应,尤其是单株产量比对照明显降低.配合力分析表明,化学诱变处理在改造玉米自交系单株产量的配合力上难度较大.
