The Application of the Raman Spectroscopy in Jadeite Determination

Abstract: 本文翡翠检测使用inVia Reflex型显微拉曼光谱仪,其具有两个波长(785nm和514.5nm)可切换的激发光源.运用激发光源(514nm)对天然翡翠和漂白充填翡翠进行测定,得到表征天然翡翠结构的拉曼峰有1036cm、986cm-1、696cm-1和374cm-1,而漂白充填翡翠中存在充填物环氧树脂的拉曼峰777cm-1、1123cm-1、1611cm-1、2930cm-1和3065cm-1,显微放大也观测到翡翠经漂白后产生微裂纹及裂纹中存在充填物;运用激光光源(785nm)对天然翡翠的绿色、白色部位和染绿色翡翠进行测定,并进行谱图对比分析,得到天然绿色翡翠中致色离子Cr3+会产生极强的荧光,而染料荧光相对较弱,相同测试条件下染色翡翠产生的拉曼强度远弱于天然绿色翡翠;结合两个波长激发光源的优点,拉曼技术能有效、快速、无损地鉴定处理翡翠.
