Abstract: 利用高能量钕玻璃激光器(~10J),在0.8MPa的高压Ar气环境下激发诱导土壤等离子体,通过等离子体原子发射光谱法定量分析了国家标准土壤样品中元素Fe和Ti的含量.实验结果表明,在无光谱干扰的条件下,元素含量与光谱线强度之间有较好的线性关系;元素Fe和Ti的分析结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为6.164%和16.095%,相对误差分别低于8.349%和22.286%.
