Abstract: 研究了松乳菇深层培养所需的碳、氮源及其交互作用.在供试的多种碳、氮源中,最适合菌丝体生长和胞外生物聚合物产生的碳源是蔗糖和葡萄糖;最适合菌丝体生长的氮源是牛肉膏和蛋白胨,最适合胞外生物聚合物产生的氮源是黄豆粉,松乳菇不能利用尿素和亚硝酸盐.碳、氮源交互试验结果表明:松乳菇菌丝体生长和胞外生物聚合物产生的优良培养基为培养基1:蔗糖1.5%、可溶性淀粉1.5%、牛肉膏0.25%、黄豆粉1%、硝酸钠0.1%;菌丝体和胞外生物聚合物的生物量分别为0.923g/100mL和80.1mg/100mL;培养基2: 蔗糖1.5%、可溶性淀粉2%、牛肉膏0.1%、黄豆粉0.75%、硝酸钠0.3%;菌丝体和胞外生物聚合物的生物量分别为0.927g/100mL和83.2mg/100mL.
