Abstract: 目的:观察腺病毒介导的人心肌营养素(human cardiotrophin-1,hCT-1)对大鼠不完全性颈脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)后可塑性变化、功能恢复和运动诱发电位的作用.方法:在立体定位仪的引导下,致伤大鼠双侧红核和颈3节段皮质脊髓背侧束SCI局部注射hCT-1重组腺病毒载体,并采用荧光免疫组织化学检测其表达.采用改进后的大鼠前肢食物小球抓取动作评分标准和运动诱发电位评定大鼠前肢功能恢复情况.生物素化葡聚糖胺示踪未受损皮质脊髓腹侧束(ventral corticospinaltract,vCST)的出芽情况.结果:SCI局部高效表达的hCT-1诱导vCST出芽增加,同时伴有大鼠前肢运动功能和运动诱发电位P1、N1波波幅的恢复.结论:腺病毒介导的hCT-1在SCI局部的高效表达可增加vCST的出芽数量,并促进运动功能的恢复.
